– there wasn’t a problem before few days ago…I just upgraded the app, and I’m not able to sign in…it just goes straight to the app home page…cannot do any transaction for the past 2 days. Transferred money from my bank, and it’s not reflecting on my balance. What’s happening? Fix this bug please! I had to uninstall and reinstall to see if there’d be a difference, but it’s the same!
– Everything seems good until I requested for a debit card. The ATM keeps saying ‘Invalid Card’ and ‘Insufficient funds’ even when I have more than enough in my wallet. Customer service is nothing to write home about, they promised to rectify the issue and call you back which they never did. THE DEBIT CARD IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. STAY AWAY O
– Gone are the days when vouchers was everywhere. 3X N10 betting voucher, N10 betting voucher on some bookmarker, airtime vouchers, TV etc. Clicking voucher is of no value, it’s all try again. Also, it was free transfers, Ocoins was cool to earn, swapping it for voucher or cash. Now, it’s just like other payment app, nothing special. Since the Cash rain and cash back came, everything voucher was gone. I can’t even upgrade KYC 2, keeps saying illegal words.
