– It’s honestly been very annoying using your app these past couple of weeks. Failed transaction every time. Yesterday’s update was a big big mistake. Now I can’t even transfer money. It’s bad enough that your debit card rarely works, now I have to contend with failed transactions. Can’t count how many times I’ve tried making payment with my Alat app only to end up red-faced. Review the app or take it down for good. What sort of suffer-head banking is this?
– If only there was a ‘zero star’. I downloaded this app first week of June to use it’s platform for international transfers. I filled my details during the registration process. I noticed that my Contact Address was different from what I had chosen. I chose FCT but the app was showing Zamfara. I called their customer care and I was told that it doesn’t matter. They’ve not verified me because of what doesn’t matter. I have sent many emails. For almost a month now they’ve done nothing about it
