A lot of people are saying good things about this app but I doubt it. I applied for a loan two days ago, they said it has been disbursed but I haven’t seen the money in my account, I have tried severally to reach out to their customer service concerning this issue to no avail. The worst part is they have already placed an interest on the loan and it has began reading….. People should really be careful!!!

Xcross cash have been deducting moneys from my account via POS withdrawals even when my loan is still running, the amount of 28,000 in August was deducted from my account without my approval and another sum of 39,000 was withdrawn from my account via POS withdrawals on 6th of September when I just collected a loan on 2bd September I think this guys are fraudulent in that why you entrust them with your BVN number and ATM details they start manipulating your account, I collected another loan and am not paying back until my 67,000 Naira is refunded to my account

Hello, I complain of double deduction of my loan amount but no response till date. The loan of N31720.00 I callected was due on the 6th February and was paid in the evening of that day. Due to network flunctuation, my account was credited twice and while I was eating a reversal of the money I recieved a credit of another loan of N43000+ which I did not bargain for. That became due today 12/2/2023 so I deducted the 31,720.13 from the new loan and paid the balance of N1,668.95 today unfortunately Xcrosscach sent message the balance without recourse to the extra deduction.
