This app is something else.. I just repaid my loan 30/10/2021.prior to the limit date of 1/11/2021. Since morning I have not been able to log in to check if the loan has been cleared from the dashboard. It kept sending OTP .yet doesn’t log me in.. I have paid your loan.. you guys shouldn’t deduct any extra money from my account. Or I will sue you.. What an app!!! Too much bug 🐛😪 pls fix this.
This is a very terrible app. They must be short staffed or they neglect to respond to customer issues. A day before due date they just wiped out my bank account, unfortunately I was planning to credit their complete funds on the due date. I credited the balance and waited for them to continue their magic, but at 8pm, I decided to transfer it to their Zenith Bank account, yet they are telling me I am overdue. I am waiting for you people. Come and collect…
I took a loan and i have repaid since friday, but the loan as since not been cleared on the app, and it keeps increasing day by day, and you keep calling for me to repay. I have spoken to your agents countless times , they keep assuring me that it will be resolved within 24 hours since friday. Kindly see to this problem. I dont know what better way to contact you please.
