As the 2023 presidential election approaches, many people are wondering why the Igbos are not yet president of Nigeria. Many political pundits have weighed in, with some favoring an Igbo president in 2023. However, one of the Igbo boys has come out on the subject.
Prophet Ezenwa Ritabbi George, a Nigerian televangelist and General Overseer of Christ as of Old Ministry affectionately known as “God of Now Now,” spoke today on “Breaking Manipulations of Destinies” via a live broadcast on his church handle, citing the Book of Isaiah 62:6-7 as he shared his view on why the Igbos are not yet president in Nigeria. According to Isa. 62:7, he vowed to keep talking until the Igbos changed their minds and returned to their homeland.
“You need to associate with a guy who is spiritually connected to God from his birth, not a man manufactured by men of society,” says Prophet Ezenwa Ritabbi. You don’t become an elder because you’re old; you earn it by respect. Why are my words saying this? Many people are busy carnally electing leaders and expecting results. No!
“The Igbos are not yet president of Nigeria because they have abandoned our father’s culture to do whatever they want.” The God our forebears worshiped is the same God we worship today. The Igwe is supposed to be chosen by God, yet we now have numerous politically elected monarchs, and you expect the spirits of our forefathers to be happy? The Igbos may not taste the presidency till they return to their roots.”
