– It’s been over 3 weeks now since I have been locked out of my account without any notice. I contacted support and I was asked to provide my ATM card picture to resolve a dispute and it will be done within 5 days. I did that immediately . It’s been 3 good weeks now, nothing from them. I have sent several messages including opening a ticket but nothing till now. I’m so so disappointed. Update After the above review, they replied with a form. I did fill it immediately and since then no response.
– The services are good. But improve on the cashing out, because its very hard to cash out. They always prompt you that please try again later. Even when you try several times, no positive results Then it works like after trying for the whole day. I think for the sake of urgency it may not help, but if that is improved, i swear no other service providers can beat you.

But please make it such that when we cash out money, name and BANK name s are displayed in the alert notification. Businesses need receivers name and Bank name displayed in the notification to confirm as payment evidence…hope i made it clear and i hope my suggestion/complain will be considered. Thank you.
